Please delete all temp/cache/usernames/passwords from your browser, close all instances of the browser, and go through the "forgot password" process on the CALPADS sign-in page.
If that does not work for you and you receive an invalid token error after trying to log in after the reset, have your LEA Admin delete and re-add your account, and reset the password to see if that works.
If you do not receive the password reset email, remember to check all mail folders, such as SPAM, JUNK, etc., for it.
